Nanjing Nianda Furnace Science and Technology Co., Ltd (Nanjing Yangtze River Heat Treatment Equipment Factory), specializes in the design and production of industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipments, located at the eastern suburbs of Nanjing, with Huning highway in the south, Yangtze River in the north, and the old town of Zhenjiang in the east. The company was founded in 1973, for more than 30 years of development, it now has 280 personnel, of whom 68 are specialized advanced technicians (include 5 expert or professor level technicians), with the area of 42,000m2, fixed assets of RMB 30 million, and annual value of production of RMB 150,000,000.

We are a specialized designer and manufacturer of heat-treating facilities used in the foundry industry, aluminum alloy heat-treating facilities, copper heat-treating facilities, stainless steel heat-treating facilities, etc., and have designed and manufactured nearly a hundred of heat-treating production lines and industrial furnaces, which are used in the machinery industry, metallurgy industry, foundry industry, aviation industry, nonferrous metal industry, etc. Our products include: solar module curing ovens, large scale hanger heat-treating production lines, sand core surface drying furnaces, aluminum alloy melting and maintaining furnaces, mill furnaces, annealing furnaces, quenching furnaces, drawing furnaces, normalizing furnaces, hardening and tempering furnaces, solution furnaces, walking-beam Furnaces, soaking furnaces, dry furnaces, welding furnaces, carburizing furnaces, nitrogen furnaces, multipurpose furnaces, handspike furnaces, roller hearth furnaces, rotary hearth furnaces, circular furnaces, cellular strip furnaces, vertical furnaces, multipurpose furnaces, speckled furnaces, trolley furnaces, portable cover furnaces, multipurpose washers, etc. Our products could be found in more than 20 provinces (cities) of China, and are exported to many countries, such as Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Iran, India and so on.

For nearly a decade, the company has established a friendly cooperative relation with many famous specialized heat-treating equipment manufacturers. Since 1991, we have designed and produced decades of heat treatment production lines with the cooperation of foreign companies, which filled many blanks in this field in China, for example, we produced the watertight chest type multipurpose furnace production line with the IPSEN, the roller hearth copper bright annealing oven with the WELLMAN, the aluminum alloy solution aging heat treatment production line with the SANKEN SANGYOCO, the zincification production line and U type copper strip bright annealing oven with the Daido Special Steel Co., Ltd, and so on. In 2005, we established a completely new multinational cooperative relation with the AS Automation, and became its only industrial furnace production base in China.

In the new century, the company independently developed three ¡°high-tech products¡±, with their complete intellectual property, gained the special certificates for many sets of equipments, meanwhile, the company was judged to be the provincial ¡°High-tech Enterprise¡±.

On Oct. 16, 2006, the first national large scale high pressure hanger heat-treating production line that our company produced has been successfully checked and accepted, and was put into production, which has filled the blanks in this field in China.
